Purposes of the data processing
Your personal data is processed by us for entering into and executing deliveries of parts and products and managing the resulting order processes.
When you fill in a contact or registration form on our website – or send us an email – your data will be saved for as long as necessary, for the complete answering and processing of the type of form or the content of your email.

Third parties
We use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our financial administration and for the logistics handling of your order. For this reason, your personal data is visible to the provider of our accounting program as well as the logistics handling program. Both software vendors will never use your data for other purposes. We also use Microsoft Office and its storage capabilities for emails and other files.

Webshop software
Our webshop is developed with software from Esselink.nu. Personal data that you provide to us, for the benefit of our services, will be shared with this party. Esselink.nu has access to your data for (technical) support to us. They will never use your data for any other purpose.

Shipments
To ship your order, we use a shipping platform. They use the personal data provided by us to supply or improve the services they offer us and to provide us with legitimate reports. The personal data they collect will be processed only in accordance with the previous objects. They do not keep the data for longer than is permitted by law or necessary for mentioned purposes.

Retention period
We will retain your personal data for the duration of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been fully executed. This is a period in which we are obliged to keep our records for the Tax Office

Click behavior and visitor data
General visitor data is kept on the website. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the possible user name, the time of retrieval and data that the browser of a visitor sends, can be registered and used for statistical analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. We also use this to optimize the functioning of the website.
We try to anonymize these data as much as possible. The information is not provided to third parties.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how users use the Website and how effective our AdWords ads are on Google search result pages. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), will be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read the Google privacy policy (also for Google Analytics).
Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide us with reports about the Website and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.

We use cookies. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages from this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer, or is deleted when closing your browser. We only use functional cookies (no tracing cookies) to remember your settings and preferences. You can disable these cookies via your browser.
Cookies from the American company Google are placed through our website as part of the ‘Analytics’ service. We use this service to keep track of and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this.

Access, correction and right to object
If you have relationship with our company, you have – after written request –  the opportunity to view your personal data. If the overview provided by us contains inaccuracies, you can request us in writing to change the data or to have it removed, by reporting this to the following address:
